TURAB is looking for Traveling Service Technicians

TURAB is a Swedish manufacturer of water turbines for small-scale hydropower. The company manufactures, maintains, and renovates water turbines that produce environmentally friendly and renewable electricity for households and industries in Sweden.

We are now looking for traveling service technicians for TURAB's service department. As a service technician, you will have a varied job and become part of a stable company with good cohesion.

About the job

In your role as a service technician, you will work with ongoing service and maintenance at customers' facilities to ensure reliable electricity production. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications of water turbines. You will also carry out installations.

The job involves 3-4 travel days per week, usually Monday to Thursday. The customers are mainly located in Sweden but also abroad.

You will be employed by Jobbakuten for 6 months and then become a permanent employee of TURAB.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in technical and mechanical work. Furthermore, you should be familiar with reading technical drawings, have good computer skills for documentation, and hold a B driver's license. Experience/knowledge of hydraulics and arc welding is an advantage.

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and good at communicating with both colleagues and customers. We also see that you have a strong interest in technology.

Turbin- & Regulatorservice AB was established in 1965 and has since its inception manufactured, maintained, and renovated water turbines. TURAB is located in Nässjö and has over 25 employees. The company is owned by IDUN Industrier, which has a lifelong ownership perspective.

About Jobbakuten

Jobbakuten is an authorized staffing company that has been around since 1996. We have a collective agreement. The assignment means that you will be employed by Jobbakuten and work at TURAB for 6 months, after which you will become a permanent employee of TURAB.
